Grease lubrication
Generally rolling NSK bearings are greased. Its main advantages are:

Under normal working and environmental conditions, it is possible for oils to achieve “lifetime lubrication”. If under high load conditions (speed, temperature, load), the grease must be replaced periodically. For short-term grease replacement, the necessary grease-injected pumps and valves should be provided.
Oil lubrication
NSK bearings should be oil lubricated when the mechanical parts near the NSK bearing have been lubricated with oil or need to be dissipated by lubricating oil. There may be heat dissipation requirements when the NSK bearing is under heavy load or high speed, or when external heat is introduced.
Micro-lubrication methods, such as drip lubrication, oil mist lubrication or oil-air lubrication, ensure that the oil loss and the NSK bearing friction are small.
When air is used as the carrier, the oil can be supplied directly and the gas flow helps to seal.
NSK bearings are extremely fast and require good cooling of the fruit, allowing a large amount of lubricant to be sprayed directly onto all contact surfaces.

NSK bearings lubricated with oil should be refilled with fresh oil and allowed to rotate at low speed for a few minutes if the old oil is drained. As much as possible, allow the oil to collect the contaminants from the wreckage and then vent the oil. When using a grease-lubricated NSK bearing to replace grease, the cutter used should avoid any contact with cotton material in any part of the NSK bearing. Since these residual fibers may be wedged between the rolling elements and cause damage, especially the application of small bearings requires attention to this problem.
